Questions about plans.
01Who counts as a user?
Anyone who submits, approves or works on requests inside your workspace. People outside your company who fill public forms, such as vendors or parents, are not counted.
02Is the Local Train plan really free?
Yes. Up to 10 users and 5 workflows, with Form Builder, Approval Routes and Task Inbox, for as long as you like. No card is needed.
03Can we try Express before paying?
Yes. Express comes with a 14 day trial with every Express feature switched on. At the end you choose a plan or move back to Local Train.
04Can we pay in Indian rupees?
Yes. Prices are shown in US dollars, and customers in India can be invoiced in rupees with GST.
05What happens if we add users mid-year?
New users are added at a prorated price for the rest of your billing period. Removing users lowers the bill from your next renewal.
